Jack and Mike speak directly to customers about what they discovered inside a system that affected what you paid, what they could sell, and whether their families' futures would survive it. This story is still developing — and you'll hear every update directly from them first.
Iwanted you to hear this from me directly.
If you paid $49 for a Bed Scrunchie, there's a good chance you paid more than you should have.
Not because we chose to charge more.
It happened because in November 2024 — right before the holiday season we had spent months preparing for — Amazon suspended our account.
The timing could not have been worse. We had just borrowed money through Amazon's own lending program to stock 30,000 Bed Scrunchies for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. We had purchased television commercials. We were ready.
Then Amazon shut us down. And $90,000 in funds we had earned were frozen.
A few weeks later, we received a LinkedIn message from a man offering to help. That led to a series of calls with a woman named Jenna — a California-based woman who claimed to know people inside Amazon.
On one of those calls, Jenna shared what appeared to be our own internal Amazon account records — documents that only certain Amazon employees are supposed to be able to access. She had somehow obtained them. Records that summarized why our account was suspended. Logs of every call we had made trying to get it reinstated.
We still have them.
Then she made her offer: pay her Amazon contact, and she could get our $90,000 released.
For money.
We documented everything. We recorded the calls. We escalated it all the way to Amazon's Vice President of Seller Services with what we described as "concrete evidence of a major enforcement gap."
An Amazon representative called us back. He promised to send instructions on how we could submit our evidence.
He never did.
More than a year later, we're still asking the same question: how was that even possible?
And if information that was never supposed to leave Amazon could end up somewhere else, how certain can any of us really be that our own sensitive information — including your order history — is actually protected?
We're not saying it was exposed.
We're saying we asked.
And we never got a straight answer.
Mike and I are both fathers. We built this company to give our families a future. And right now, that future is what's on the line.
Jack and Mike — two fathers who built something worth fighting for.

On June 24, 2026, Bloomberg published an investigation naming Mike and me directly — documenting what happened when I came forward with evidence of a bribery scheme targeting Amazon sellers, and why Amazon went silent after I did.
Behind this company are real people. Families. Children. Employees. Customers. And two fathers who have spent years trying to build something worth protecting — for the people who depend on us most.
P.S. The question that still keeps us up at night isn't "Why did this happen to us?" It's this: How could this happen at all?
